  • HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email our customer care team at hello@pleasanttree.com.au
  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
    Once an order is placed, it is possible to cancel or modify it if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us to cancel or modify your order asap.
  • HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
    Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@pleasanttree.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  • CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
    Yes! You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email & using the tracking number provided.
